REIT

Recently an industrial REIT was left with a factory full of equipment that they didn’t want and didn’t know what to do with. They wanted it out, fast, so they can return to their business of renting their property.

Enter Workingman Capital. We purchased all the assets mitigating of their lost rent and quickly removed it with a combination of private sales, scrap and garbage removal. The REIT was left with a clean and empty facility by their deadline and everybody was happy.
