Featuring High Capacity Extrusion Lines:
2021, PTI, 2,500 lb/hr. Centered on a PTI G5000 5″/125mm extruder (224kW AC, 32:1 L/D, S/N 16675), the line includes a Maag FSC-140 hydraulic screen changer and Maag Extrex EX90-5 melt pump feeding a 42″ auto flexlip die. Sheet is processed through a PTI 48″ chrome roll stack (2×30″, 1×18″), PTI A4855 accumulator/slitter, Scantech thickness scanner, and PTI TRC48 roller coater, then wound on a dual trim winder and 48″ two-position Parkinson winder. Controlled by a Titan PLC system
2020 Graham Engineering AK350 3.5″ extruder (150 HP AC, S/N PD-110789-01-10) with a Kolcor H90 hydraulic screen changer, Nordson melt pump, and 33″ Cloeren flexlip die
PTI 5″ extruder 1,100 lb/hr (300 HP AC) with a Nordson 5.5″ screen changer and Nordson melt pump feeding a 52″ flexlip die. Sheet passes through a 1986 Gloucester 20″×58″ chrome roll stack with Yaskawa drives, an Ichor coating station, and a Gloucester 8″ pull roll station, with a 12″×12″ Rotogran granulator
1997 Cincinnati Milacron Apex 120mm extruder 1,100 lb/hr, (300 HP AC, S/N X12A0296001) with a Nordson 4.5″ screen changer and PSI melt pump (15 HP) feeding a 54″ EDI flexlip die. Sheet runs through a 58″ Cincinnati Milacron chrome roll stack (2×16″, 1×14″, upgraded to AC motors), a Union Tool coating station, and a 2021 Dienes dual rotary edge trim/pull roll station (S/N 781429), with a 1983 Cumberland 16″ granulator
