Centered on a PTI G5000 5″/125mm extruder (224kW AC, 32:1 L/D, S/N 16675), the line includes a Maag FSC-140 hydraulic screen changer and Maag Extrex EX90-5 melt pump feeding a 42″ auto flexlip die. Sheet is processed through a PTI 48″ chrome roll stack (2×30″, 1×18″), PTI A4855 accumulator/slitter, Scantech thickness scanner, and PTI TRC48 roller coater, then wound on a dual trim winder and 48″ two-position Parkinson winder.
