Goss Press
The Goss press line consists of 28 goss ssc printing units all with 22.75” cut off.
Maximum roll size is 35”, minimum roll size is 23”. Units vary in age from 1993 to 2000. This press is configured with five 4-high units, four 2-high units, three folders and twelve automatic splicers. This press line is capable of printing a maximum of 64 tabloid pages 1⁄2 fold with 48 pages of process and 16 black only or 56 tabloid pages of full process colour. All folders are capable of 1⁄4 fold and 1⁄2 fold with one folder also set up to run parallel fold (digest size). The press can be split into 2 presses running 24 tabloid pages with 24 pages of process and 32 tabloid pages with 32 pages of process colour to each respective folder. The press can also be split into 3 presses to run up to one 24 and two 16 tabloid pages of full process colour utilizing all 3 folders simultaneously. Press running speed is approximately 25,000 copies per hour.

Global Press
The global press was installed in 2008 with a 22.75” cut off and consists of four 4-high units, one 2- high, 2 folders and 5 automatic splicers. Maximum roll size is 35”, minimum roll size is 22”. The press has a perretta pre-ink setting system and a quad tech rgs registration system. Both folders are capable of 1⁄2 fold and one folder also capable of 1⁄4 fold. It has a maximum tabloid page count of 40 pages and a minimum of 4 tabloid pages. The maximum process colour is 32 tabloid pages. This press can be split to 2 presses to run 24 and 16 tabloid pages with 16 tabloid pages of process each. Press running speed is 35,000 copies per hour.
